Fire, i feel it, its rushing, rushing, rushing into my bloodstream.
My underarms, tingeling, shaking, wanting to let out the energy.
Trapped by my skin, swimming underneath. No place to escape. To go where, into
space?
Am I superman, sending energy into space, lengthing, stretching. Wanna scream
with my arm, with my wrist, with my hands, letting go of my fire, my energy. Send it
into space.
Stretchhhhhhhing
My legs, supporting my energy, strong, reaching/sending my arms into space,
reaching/sending my legs into the floor. A magnet for the earths energy, growing
even more, reaching, sending, go go go go go go go go go go, aaand AAHHhh. Rest,
be big, be lengthenth. Relaxed in my body, sending out everything. Starting to shake,
to let go of my energy, to give it space in my hand. Reaching up into the sky, isolating
the fire, fire focusing. It melts back into arm like lava. Feeling my shoulder starting to
energise and to lengthen. Feeling free, free in my body, spacious legs, long arms,
sending my fire into space. Up down, back front, left, right, all at the same time.
My energy, my fire, in my chest, right below my sternum. Standing, acknowledging
my fire.
My right arm internally vibrating. Grounded, controlling my energy,
I start moving into space. Follow where my fire leads me. I am here. I am here. I am
here where my fire wants me to be. My fire, so big, my body wants to send it into
space. Moving grounded, rounded, circles everywhere in my body. My legs carrying
me, on the floor. The floor, supporting me, my energy. My contra energy, making sure
I can send my energy into space, to share my energy with you. You experience my
energy. Energy, energy, my inner fire, its hot, its fire, its red, its yellow, its orange. Is
your energy like this too?
Lets feel the fire, let it go, listen to it, let it lead you. Your energy, can you feel mine. I
am sending it to you with my libs. Can my energy reach yours? Can it lighten your
energy? can we energy together? Do you feel free? Free inside your body to let the
energy stream into your body.
